Running for Myself

It has been 12 months now since I have been following AIM training.
Started with 10km, then 15 and then running comfortably 21 km in 5 months.
And now i am a marathon runner(42.195km).
Running is meditation for me. I don’t run for competition. I run for myself.
I travel a lot and even then my running doesn’t stop, whether it is in india or abroad. Need not depend on anybody.
There are so many other numerous benefits I get.
Feels differently in a group or crowd.
