Running – A Meditation

I started running this year. Was always curious about running and always wanted to run marathon. My body built is heavy so thought i cannot run. But wen Indore marathon was about to happen joined the runners clinic by AIM. And through the training i discovered my potential and passion in running. With proper guidance and motivation from the coach I was able to run and complete the run. And from then i always enjoyed running. Marathon is not always physical thing but mental thing too. Sometimes wen i get low due to work pressure i do long runs and recharge my self. Running is simply a kind of Meditation.
