Running-A addiction

Hey i m Ashutosh vyas , a businessman frm indore… i start my running since dec2015 for the preparation of jio indore marathon 2016.. n i addicted to it since than… as i am giving maximum time of my life to this… its act like my main business n my business is act like a part time business for me now a days as i m giving maximum time in running… running can assist people in losing weight, staying in shape & improving body composition… a possible benefit may be the enjoyment of nature & scenery which has improves psychological well being… for new runners, I suggest it takes time to get into shape .the key is consistency & a slow increase in speed & distance. Running makes me fit.. it makes me happier n younger … happy running ? ?
